For all Microsoft Commerce Server 2007 users, you can fix the following error:

An exception occurred in the ‘ProfilesWebService’ Web service.  Exception details follow:

Microsoft.CommerceServer.Profiles.EncryptionKeysNotConfiguredException: The requested operation could not be performed because this profile contains encrypted properties, and no public encryption key has been defined.  Profile Definition Name = ‘CreditCard’.
